First time logging in to SAAQclic?
For security purposes, logging in to SAAQclic for the first time involves 3 steps.
STEP 1
Log in via the Government Authentication Service
The Government Authentication Service ↗ is gradually replacing clicSÉQUR. Before you can access SAAQclic, your identity must be authenticated using your Government Authentication Service account.
Already have a Government Authentication Service account?
If you already have an account, you can use it to log in to SAAQclic by entering your email address or username and your password.
To reset your password, access the Government Authentication Service and click on “Forgot your password?”. You will also find the Service’s phone assistance information at the bottom of the page if you need any help.
Don’t have a Government Authentication Service account?
To access SAAQclic and use our online services, you have to create a Government Authentication Service account.

If you do not have all the necessary pieces of identification, you can go to one of the service centres that provide help with creating a Government Authentication Service account ↗.
STEP 2
Confirm your information
You will need your SAAQ identification number (1 letter followed by 12 digits).
On the driver’s licence
The identification number is located below the “Permis de conduire”, “Permis d’apprenti conducteur” or “Permis probatoire” line on the licence.
OR
On the registration certificate
If your vehicle registration certificate is green, the identification number appears below “Nº de dossier”.
If your vehicle registration certificate is white, the identification number appears below “Numéro de dossier”.
If you do not have a driver’s licence or vehicle registration certificate

STEP 3
Accept the conditions of use
You will have to accept the SAAQclic conditions of use ↗ and the SAAQ’s Policy on Privacy ↗ before using the online services.
Ready to log in for the first time?
You will log in to SAAQclic using the Government Authentication Service. On the login page, enter your email address or username and your password or click on the “Create an account” button if you do not have an account.
